Welcome To Moray's Telford Celebration Website

Welcome to Moray's Telford Celebration to mark the occasion of the 250th Anniversary of Thomas Telford's birth. One of the greatest and most prolific engineers, he designed roads, bridges, harbours, canals, churches and even whole towns! Arguably his finest work in Moray is the Craigellachie Bridge, which has recently been designated as an International Historic Civil Engineering landmark.

This exciting programme of activities runs from May to November and will focus on an eclectic mix of cultural activities, including interactive storytelling, music and nurturing creativity through workshops and exhibitions. There is something for everyone to enjoy, so come along and take part and more importantly, have fun!
